Largely saved wasted rubber hose due to the low efficiency caused by the traditional motor. In addition, our servo motor drive machine can produce a high standard rubber hose with evenly covered steel wires, which ensures the high quality and high pressure bear rubber hose.

Secondly, our self-developed CNC machine is capable to set all four plates with the standard54° 44′ wire winding angle. This standard angle allows the machine to produce the most durable rubber hose.

Thirdly, the machine is able to produce a large range of types of rubber hose, ranges from 13-64mm. This allows our clients largely save their fixed cost in terms of multiple machine purchasing.
