We’re a large enterprise with 63 production lines
MBS Environmental Technology Corporation (MBS) was established in December 2011, and focuses on environment-friendly plastic processing and manufacturing. We produce degradable filler masterbatches as an alternative for traditional petroleum-based materials. Our filler masterbatches are applied in the plastic processing industry in such as film blowing, injection molding, blow molding, vacuum forming (or blistering) and extrusion to reduce environmental degradation of finished products. In 2015, we entered finished product manufacturing to provide effective solutions for innovative environmental protection. With our 63 production lines of raw materials processing and finished products, our annual capacity reaches over 20,000 tons and our production value is more than $45 million.


New manufacturing techniques
By transforming the filling technique of the inorganic powders, we can successfully restrict the calcium carbonate (CaCO3) content in traditional techniques of finished products by using density control techniques. Our granules have high-tensile strength and low degradation rates, and have made qualitative leaps compared to similar products in the industry. Other than masterbatches, we can also offer environment-friendly bags, tablecloths and chopsticks. We are an enterprise proud of our environmental work and have made continuous R&D innovations into helping not only our clients but also for society.

Our patented items have received various awards
Our products have over 40 patents with another eight pending as of 2016. We were awarded with the Outstanding National Enterprise award at the 3rd China Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the High- and New-Technology Enterprise award of Guangdong Province in 2015.
